“[Holly and co-instructor Myles] passion for the subject is clear and along with your experience it’s very inspiring as we newcomers get our feet wet in this industry. Thank you very much for continuing to empower us with the tools and skills to make our own materpieces.”
“You did an AMAZING JOB!!! You were so incredibly amazing about taking the time to teach each youth about filmmaking and I truly appreciate the extra effort you went to work with each young filmmaker. All the films were beautiful and I heard nothing but super positive feedback from every youth”
“This course has gone above and beyond what I expected in many ways, and I’m extremely thankful to have had the opportunity to learn from [Holly and co-instructor Myles]”
“You guys have done an amazing job with this course! … I think you’ve covered so many important parts of film that I hadn’t even thought of learning before. I’ve never made a film but have always been interested in filmmaking, so this was the perfect place for me to start. Thanks for putting so much thought and effort into every part of this course!”

GIFT - Girls in Film & Television Instructor & Camp Leader
Holly has worked with the Girls in Film and Television over several years in multiple capacities. This course was created to build the skills and foster young girls who are interested in film and television industries, with the goal to help address gender disparity in these fields. Holly has led many young girls through 1-day to 1-week long courses and camps to help guide them in completing and showing a completed short film.
Justice 4 Reel - Anchor Mentor
Justice 4 Reel was an initiative run by the John Humphrey Centre For Peace and Human Rights. This program was a 6-month crash course on filmmaking, which led participants through the basics of film creation to give them the tools to create a PSA style film speaking on a social justice issue. This program had Holly participate throughout the 6-months as an industry expert and resource for class participants. This included instruction, mentorship, and consultation with participants as they created their films.
